Construction technology
- Primer – Base Coat – Aggregate – Top Coat (For motorways).
- Primer – Scraping Coat (Coating + Aggregate) – Embossing (For bike and pedestrian lanes).
- Primer – Top Coat (Scraping) – Embossing (For bike lanes) – Colored pavement.
- Arrival: Arrive on site timely or early as required.
- Safety Setup: Use traffic signs, cones, and barriers to secure the area. Traffic controllers ensure safety.
- Surface Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the road with grinders and brushes, then apply primer once dry.
- Taping & Mixing: Apply tape according to guidelines; mix coating with curing agent.
- Base Coat: Apply mixed coating evenly with scraping tools.
- Aggregate Spread: Spread aggregate before base coat dries.
- Top Coat: After curing, apply top coat evenly with rollers or rakes.
- Final Check & Cleanup: Measure, repair as needed, check dimensions, and remove protective measures. Open to traffic.
